Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.99
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.99
• FREE shipping on orders over $50 (continental US only)

We ship via USPS and UPS depending on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. International shipping costs and transit times vary by location. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Return Policy

We stand behind our products 100%. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Return Process

2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping address.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us in their original packaging if possible.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Conditions

• Products must be in original condition, unused or with minimal use (less than 20% of the product)
• All packaging and accessories must be included
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or defective product

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at our expense.
